We collect information with respect to your name, mobile number, secondary mobile number, your apartment/villa number, tenant or an owner, vehicle number (if any), email, address, IP Address, pin code, age, gender, occupation, etc., or any other information which may be required to give additional services such as buy/sell/rent flat/villa or such type or if you show interest of availing loans from our third-party vendor which may include banks/NBFC's or any lending firms.

Further, certain financial information may be required to facilitate the processing of payments made through our payment service providers. As making payment may require utilization of the services of the payment service providers, you will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of such payment service provider, as well. Our payment gateway partners collect information with respect to Your credit / debit card details or other bank account details. This information is stored by our payment gateway partners. For instance, Credit Bricks will be using the third-party payment gateway providers to process and facilitate the payment of Your maintenance Fees to the Society or Residential Welfare Association (RWA) or to Credit Bricks to avail any direct service offered by them. Please note that Credit Bricks does not directly collect any financial information such as credit card or debit card or net banking details from You. Such payment gateway partners are not controlled by us. When you visit such payment gateways you do so at your own risk.

These payment gateways may have their own privacy policies in place, which we recommend You review if You visit any such Payment gateways.

• When a user reaches out to Credit Bricks customer care for specific query/issues and customer care personnel has to access your information for resolution of your query.
• Explicit user consent will be taken by Credit Bricks in case we partner with third-party companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Credit Bricks to provide additional services or offerings to users. The use of such services may require you to share your name, email, phone number, flat details, vehicle number or other information with these partners.
